Most people beat themselves up for actions they have taken in the past and forget that without those actions there won’t be the present situation.

The past is always there for a reason, without them, we don’t exist and don’t have a future. No matter how much it gets dreaded, the past is a vital moment in our life.

To quit regretting the past and its made decisions you need to see and realize how it led you to your current situation.

If your current situation isn’t something you tend to be proud of then you are not making use of your past.

For every wrong decision, we have made we gathered not only mistakes but experiences. To fail at something means learning vital lessons

People who go on repeating mistakes and blaming the past are bad learners and choose to be bad learners because they are looking at their history with hate, regret, and disdain.

You will never grow by looking at your past with regret and hate because you start missing the vital lessons and equipment it provides you.

The past is there for us not to relive but to use. the experience it offers will be useful in future pursuits.

The so-called bad decisions of the past stop being bad decisions but a pattern that can help you judge or make better decisions in the future.

So stop regretting every bit of your past and the decisions made. Start seeing the usefulness in them.

The more you walk on that path of regret the more your present conditions suffer from them.

Making the wrong business decision gives you the experience of how to handle future business dealings

So nothing is a waste as long as you are picking up the right lessons
