Why sometimes it is difficult to see progress
People’s lives are defined mostly by how they see the world
Personal doubt can make you feel like you are behind everybody and doing less than them even when you are breaking your back to succeed at what you do.
People’s life are defined mostly by how they see the world and what they choose to believe. When you don’t have the right perception you think everyone is winning the race except you.
You fail to understand that people do have their struggles. Just like you suffer from issues of self-doubt and imposter syndrome majority of people out there have things they tend to struggle with
Looking at the world and feeling like you are the only one with problems can have you wishing to be someone else while ignoring your uniqueness.
Looking at the world and comparing yourself with others will have you ignoring your journey thinking things can be different.
Everyone has a part to play in life and you are part of a larger picture of something. You are blind to this because you are too focused on the height you have not reached and judging yourself from the journey of others.
If you can learn to be present with yourself you are going to realize that you are not far off, you are on time and so it is with every other human being out there
Contentment plays a part in how we see ourselves. Contentment can help you be patient while you work on yourself to reach the destination you seek.
Contentment and not being comfortable is the key to allowing yourself to grow without the pressure of meeting up to other people’s standards.
It allows you to recognize the stage you are in. It removes the idea of comparing yourself to other people because you don’t know what stage they are in their journey.
In everything try gathering results. Put yourself into activities, create goals, and set goals, no matter how simple they are.
The more you see results the faster you find your confidence and break out of imposter syndrome. Results are what build confidence and should not be slept on.
